Responsibilities:

The position requires providing technical advice and support to help people effectively use the computer systems in a busy office environment.

The tasks within these support roles will include administering and supporting the Network, Infrastructure, Servers, IPT system, Video conferencing, office VOIP, Blackberry, Fax, Printing and Backup systems, and IT budget and cost control at the Beijing office.

The successful candidate will also be expected to manage day to day IT operations, provide hands on technical support and work with the AES Corporate IT team to implement projects such as SAP, Messaging, Document control system, IT Infrastructure etc.

• At least bachelor degree in Information Technology discipline;
• Strong client focus with a genuine desire to assist;
• Excellent technical, analytical and communication skills;
• Ability to work as part of a team with a strong technical aptitude;
• Fluent in Chinese and English languages ;
• Methodical and disciplined approach with a "Whatever it takes" attitude to problem solving;
• Some experience with Polycom and TendBerg Video conferencing system, Infor Sun system, Blackberry handhelds, Cisco VOIP system, ITIL process, Cisco IPT/network systems, HP servers, Lenovo computers, Microsoft Windows server, Project/Document management;
• Minimum 3 years experience working in similar IT support roles.
